Sportsman’s Warehouse Purchases Multiple Wholesale Sports Outdoor Outfitters Locations throughout the Northwest United States

(MIDVALE, UT – February 11, 2013) Sportsman’s Warehouse has signed a definitive agreement in principle to acquire certain Wholesale Sports Outdoor Outfitters locations throughout the Northwest United States. The acquired stores will undergo remodeling and re-open as Sportsman’s Warehouse locations. The acquisition is expected to close in Spring, 2013.

    They are purchasing the 14 store locations that were sold to UFA before the reorginization. I believe they are moving forward with 10 of those stores in the Pacific Northwest.
