Looks like they made some needed improvements to Walther's P22 like fully adjustable sights and a normal mag release. Should sell very well.

The MSRP is $399, but I have seen it for as little as $319.

That sounds like a pretty good price compared to the $399.

I will be purchasing the buckmark lite green as soon as the funds become available.  It fits my hand great and I can operate all of the controls easily.  Just need to settle on a rifle for the 22 comp now.

My list has a semi-auto 22 on it.  I want to get into rimfire competition.  I am leaning towards the ruger mark III, I would prefer a II.  The Walther p22 also looks cool and this SR22 would be right in there.  I like the fact that the Mark II/III has sight that stay accurate with the internal bolt and no slide with sights that move.

I had a Ruger Mark II target model. I really didn't like it and sold it a few years ago. Unfortunatley I didn't do much research before selling it and didn't know that there were only 1500 of my model made. I sold it for $300, the "collector" that bought it later told me it was worth closer to $1200.

The most accurate .22 pistol I've ever shot was an old HI-Standard Dura-matic, but I don't think they make them anymore.

All are nice.  I'd add the Browning Buckmark to the mix:  another very nice and affordable .22 pistol.

Actual price should be less than that.
