I liked the Kentucky flintlock pistol challenge.  I could not believe that the red team couldn't pull off the win.  Greg stood there through 3 shooters and it seemed like his shaking got worse the longer he waited.  Got to love it when the ball rolls out the end of the barrel.  It has to be a major bummer to go home on a elimination challenge firing a gun that you personally own and shoot a lot.

I would shoot every elimination I could. That's why you go to a shooting competition, to shoot! Some of the steel shoots have some very difficult targets set up as bonus targets. You get extra credit if you are willing to run against the clock and try to knock them down too. If you mess up it costs you big. Myself and some other truly sick indviduals always shoot them. The attitude is that we came to shoot and it's easier to carry the empties home than loaded ammo. Laugh

True but not sure it is worth the chance of getting eliminated and loosing the $100000, the title and the sponsorship this season.

Oh I agree for me it would not be worth it, but you never know how another person might think.

That is true, if you are a great shooter maybe the first few eliminations wouldn't be bad. you could rack up some serious money in gift cards.Wink

I agree, those $2000 gift cards add up pretty quick.  And at the beginning you will be up against the people that are the worst on the team, theoretically.  So, he might be smarter than we think… Confused

Littlejohn is the tall blond listed as a Federal Officer.  The blue team just doesnt have a leader, I think they all want to be followers.

Also at the end of challenge did you see the guy that lost he was dropping the pistol to put it on the table and it went off about mid chest.. I was thinking.. he must have just been excited and forgot to take his finger off the trigger.  But you know maybe littlejohn isnt that dumb he has been to 2 challenges and won both, that means he has 4000 bucks to bass pro shops.. either way, he is winning.. I bet he is choking on purpose to eliminate his team and make cash on the side.. hmmm… Drama!!  haha

Yeah, I think "Little John" is my least favorite person on the show right now.

2 weeks ago he was freaking out because he couldn't vote one of his friends off, and now he is telling guys the wants them to go home with "a little piece of him"?!  *Awkward Moment!  Surprised

The Red Team wins!  Wink

Is that they guy who was whinning when michelle left becuase he wasn't part of the group…saying something like "just another group I was not a part of." or soemthing liek that.

No, this guy was a part of the group. he was the one saying that he just can't vote for friends and it is against what he is about and stuff.

The M&P pistol was nothing to get excited about at first. Cabelas here in Glendale has a whole layer of them in the used pistol case. The new Pro series M&P with the 5 inch barrel seems to be accurate and durable and there are aftermarket parts to fix the trigger. I shot one recently and really liked it. Julie Golob was on to train the shooters for the challenge and I believe she won the Steel Challenge Limited and Production classes this year with it. If it will stand up to the same abuse as the Glock it will probably become a very popular pistol for Practical Shooting. It is showing lots of promise. This episode of Top Shot really ends unusually. I can't say I'd actually be comfortable with a man giving me a friendship bracelet. ConfusedEmbarassedSurprised

I have no knowledge about the M&P either so it was nice to get some information on it. as for the Walther I love my PPQ its ergonomics are great the mag release was really easy to get used to, and I have no complaints yet.
